The Avalon East Community Owners Association (COA) manages and maintains the pool, sports courts, fitness center, Barn (Clubhouse) and other common property.  Only Homeowners (Unit Owners) of Avalon Courtyard Homes, Avalon 5 Townhomes, Avalon 6 Condominiums and Avalon Estate Homes are automatically members of the COA and have access to use the amenities and common property.
 
Note: The Avalon East property/amenities' are not open for public use, only Avalon East Unit Owners in good standing can use.
 
The Avalon East Board of Directors (“The Board”) represents the Avalon Community that comprises of 199 homes. In regards to that, as support, we are responsible for managing and maintaining the community’s property and amenities, establishing and managing the budget and collecting the COA membership dues. Dues are assessed semi-annually each year and are due January 1 and July 1. The Board conducts monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly meetings, open to all Unit Owners, in the Barn (Clubhouse) @ 2 Peregrine Ct. Pikesville, MD 21208.
